Creation, organization and delivery of HR trainings: leadership & management and personal development topics

Organization and follow-up of cross dept. trainings (provided by HQ internal trainers on general /operational/technical knowledge), of dept. trainings (provided by dept. internal or external trainers on technical knowledge) and of individual trainings (provided by internal or external trainers on a specific knowledge)
组织和跟进跨部门培训(由总部内部培训人员提供一般/运营/技术知识)、部门培训(由内部或外部培训人员提供技术知识)和个人培训(专业人员)
Training coordination with external service providers (team building and coaching) and language teachers (Chinese, English, French)
与外部服务供应商(团队建设和辅导)和语言教师(中、英、法)的培训协调
Monthly report on training
每月培训报告制作
Responsible of training budget
负责培训预算的控制
Job Requirements:
职位要求:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or other related
本科及以上学历,人力资源或相关专业
Fluent in English with both oral and written, French speaker is preferred
流利的英文口语和书面能力,会讲法语者优先考虑
2 years of experience in HR training function
2年左右HR培训模块工作经验
Smart, flexible, good communication skills
聪明,灵活,良好的沟通能力
Good organization and coordination ability
良好的组织协调能力
Fast learner and reactivity
快速学习和反应能力
