岗位名称: 技术支持工程师（灌溉系统）

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

向经销商及终端用户提供灌溉技术售前售后服务。
1. To provide Irrigation technical, pre-sales and after-sales service support to dealers and growers/end users, with focus on Irrigation system design, instruction for installation and commissioning, product training, on-site demo and sales support, and maintaining effective relationships to achieve customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct product/application training programs for dealers , growers (or end-users) and sales personnel.
3. Advise dealers/growers on specific product application and technical information.
4. Assist in the resolution of dealer/customer product problems.
5. Provide designs for Irrigation projects utilizing IrriCAD and Auto Cad software.
6. Assist dealers in the introduction of new products.
7. Instructions for products installation
8. Big project sales support i.e. products/application presentations to growers, and field demo etc.
9. Undertakes customer-requirements research for current , new and emerging products,

QUALIFICATION岗位要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above，major in Irrigation Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, etc.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in irrigation companies or institutes as system designer, Application engineer or technical support staff.
3. On-site technical supporting and irrigational project experience desired;
4. Experience in agronomy desired.
5. Good computer skill, familiar with AutoCAD drawings.
6. Good English reading and writing, proficiency in English Technical document
