1、负责国外客户的开发和维护； 2、客户询盘回复、跟进目标客户并处理客户信/函件，及时收集客户反馈并促成订单成交及时处理客户建议与投诉，做好记录； 3、做好售后跟进与服务工作； 4、对接工厂，传达客户要求，确认客户资料并反馈工厂。 【职位要求】 1、国际贸易或者商务英语专业，具备流利的英文听、说、写能力，能够和国外客户沟通流利，学历大专以上； 2、熟悉电子商务和网络营销（外贸B2B、B2C在线销售），有参加展会经验，能够独立开发客户； 3、能熟悉运用互联网，有较丰富的外贸知识，了解出口贸易的相关流程； 4、有实际操作过Alibaba、环球资源等网络平台一年以上的经验；具备良好的英文沟通及商务信函编写能力。 年龄要求：20-28岁 工作地点： 广州越秀区环市东路中环广场
