Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Project manager in developing construction strategy, preparing execution plans and identifying project risks

• Developing constructability requirements and ensuring that they are included in the project execution plan

• Manage EPCM and construction team to Define and establishing the site office and temporary facilities

• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring specifications and requirements are met,

• Monitor and supervise construction activity, safety activity, quality activity and ensuring construction and site safety

• checking and preparing site reports, assessing and minimising risk, writing reports

• Ensuring good liaison with the technical department and adherence to the requirements of construction procedures

• Developing a good working relationship with EPCM and all site contractors

• Ensuring the provision of first aid emergency assistance and procedures

• Manage the execution of construction and pre-commissioning schedule within program

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor degree or above, civil engineering or related major

• 10+ years working experience as Construction manager, 5 years above working experience in Chemical project, Coating industrial is preferred.

• Independent, responsible, initiative, able to work under pressure, work on site as per requirement of the project

• Have Zhang Jiagang project experience is preferred

• Fluent English is preferable

• Able to work effectively with both internal and external parties

• Able to work under stress and pressure

• Remain calm when dealing with complex issues

• Strong organization and coordination ability, and well communication ability;

• Adapt to the company's development and cultural identity.

Health, safety & environmental policy

A significant part of the Foundation’s work concentrated on educational project for children in need. The Foundation helps more than 55,000 underprivileged children receive a better education.
