? Building relationships with the equipment supplier and with cross-functional partners (mainly design, manufacturing plants and indirect purchasing)

? Assure that the new manufacturing equipment is realized based on the BCS specification and standards

? Drive continuous improvements activities for current suppliers and lead development activities of the potential supplier (niche supplier with unique know how)

? Accountable for creating and regular update of BPM processes related to Application AME Organization

? Accountable for manufacturing equipment realization and presentation to the customers in time frame SOP + 90 days

? Leading (Methodically) the Global Application AME/ME team

? Reporting and tracking the status of manufacturing equipment during the realization phase ? Responsible for coordination of the team in order to get the manufacturing equipment realized based on BCS specification and within the agreed time frame

? Supporting the price negotiation of the Indirect Purchasing Department with equipment supplier

? Supporting the DFM/DFA activities of engineering and Core AME

? Supporting (by feedback and shearing of Lessons Learned) the AME Core Development team in creating of EOLT and Standard Manufacturing Equipment specifications

? Leading and coordinating the activities needed for developing of potential suppliers of manufacturing equipment

? Presenting the line and equipment during customer visits before and 90 days after BCS SOP

? Coordinating the handover of the manufacturing equipment to the manufacturing plant

? Supporting AME Core Development team in the process of manufacturing equipment standardization

? Development and continual improvement of the BPM processes

Experience and Skills Requirements

? Master/Bachelor degree at technical university
? Minimum 10 years industrial experience in the automotive industry preferably in, manufacturing, purchasing or engineering (minimum 3 years on management position)
? Solid knowledge about industry manufacturing standards
? Solid knowledge of customer specification and BCS BCS product portfolio
? Skilled in negotiation
? Fluent English
