Job Description
  • Provide logistics and administrative support to APAC learning offerings, including but not limited to
o Master team calendars and schedules;
o Assist participants in visa application, hotel booking, ground transportation arrangement, etc.;
o Coordinate with country HRs across APAC for venue booking and setting, catering arrangement and training materials delivery;
o Track attendance record and summarize uation results;
o Handle questions from participants in a timely manner and with customer-oriented mindset
  • Support on learning-related data collection, analysis and report-out for presentations, meetings and reports
  • Contribute to other projects and tasks as per requested

Education Qualification
  • Sophomore/junior students who are pursuing their bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred major Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics/Mathematics, etc.

Relevant Experience
  • It would be greatly preferred if the candidate used to work for a sizable organization in a similar position.
