Job Description
- Provide logistics and administrative support to APAC learning offerings, including but not limited to
o Assist participants in visa application, hotel booking, ground transportation arrangement, etc.;
o Coordinate with country HRs across APAC for venue booking and setting, catering arrangement and training materials delivery;
o Track attendance record and summarize uation results;
o Handle questions from participants in a timely manner and with customer-oriented mindset
- Support on learning-related data collection, analysis and report-out for presentations, meetings and reports
- Contribute to other projects and tasks as per requested
Education Qualification
- Sophomore/junior students who are pursuing their bachelor’s degree
- Preferred major Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics/Mathematics, etc.

Relevant Experience
- It would be greatly preferred if the candidate used to work for a sizable organization in a similar position.
