Major Responsibilities:

1. 语言教学：每位中文老师需承担每日中文语言教学工作。

Language teaching: every Chinese teacher is responsible fordaily Chinese language teaching

2. 合作教学：每位中文老师需承担与西方教师的合作教学课，在数学、主题、英语等科目开展合作教学。

Co-teaching: Every Chinese teacher needs co-teaching withwestern teacher, among mathematic, subject and English teaching

3. 班主任工作：每位中文老师需承担一个班级的班主任工作，和西方老师一起管理班级事务。

Homeroom teacher work: every Chinese teacher needs takeresponsible as homeroom teacher, work together with western teacher to managedaily operation

4. 学习社区的协作：学习社区要求老师们在同年级学习社区开展跨班级的协作，包括共同备课，根据学生的学习弹性分组，根据学习的活动和任务，与本年级内不同的西方老师以及中文老师展开工作。

Learning Community: we need teacher collaborate with otherChinese and Western teachers in the same learning community, includingco-lesson planning, flexible grouping student based on study needs andtasks.

5. 参与学校和中文部的各项和学习有关的学习庆祝活动。

Participate in all kind of study activates

6. 参与学校课外活动小组的组织与教学。

Take responsibility for organizing and teaching for afterschoolactivities

7. 参与中文部与学校组织的各项会议与活动。

Participate in all meetings and activities related toChinese department

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. 热爱教育、教学工作，具有良好的职业道德，性格开朗、活泼、有亲和力。

2. 本科及以上学历，具备中文、对外汉语或师范类相关专业。

Bachelor degree above, major in Chinese Language, TCSL orrelated education

3. 具备国际学校教学经验或海外教学经验者优先。

International education working experience or overseateaching experience would be apriority.

4. 有良好的团队协作精神，具备优秀的中英文沟通表达能力。

5. 具备教师资格证。
