1、工艺方案开发：编制项目总体工艺方案；拟定工艺规划，承担涂装工艺路线的制定、维护、管理；拟定涂装工艺平面布置，编制仓储及车间内物流规划；

Process development: compile the overall process plan of the project; formulate process planning,undertake the formulation, maintenance and management of painting process route;formulate the process production layout of the painting plant; prepare the warehouse and workshop logistics planning;

2、工艺设备开发：编制涂装工艺和设备、工装、设施的技术要求及投资概算；负责涂装类设备选型策划、招标、图纸会签、制造、安装调试、验收验证过程质量管控；参与工装招标、选型、采购、图纸会签和进度跟踪，直至验收合格交付业主；

Process equipment development：compile technical requirements and investment of painting process and equipment、jigs and facilities；Quality control in the process of painting equipment selection planning, bidding, drawing signing, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, acceptance and verification;participate in jigs bidding, type selection, procurement, drawing signing and progress tracking until acceptance that delivered to the owner；

3、 SE同步工程开发：负责涂装工艺可行性、白车身通过性、整车密封性、作业性等SE分析，并与相关部门对接，完成问题整改。

SE Synchronous Engineering development： responsible for the analysis of painting process feasibility、 carbody passability、 vehicle sealability、workability、etc，and coordinate with related department , complete problem rectification。

4、工艺文件开发：承担公司新项目涂装工艺可行性分析；参与涂装工艺作业文件的编制、校对和审核，并组织生产准备阶段的工艺验证工作；编制工艺技术标准；

Development of process documents: undertaking feasibility analysis of painting process for new project; participating in the preparation, proofreading and verification of painting process operation documents, and organizing process verification in production preparation stage; compiling process technical standards;

5、 工艺培训：编制涂装工艺培训教材；对现场进行工艺培训；

Process training: compiling painting process training documents; conducting process training on-site;

6、工艺定额：制定工艺定额标准，包括人员、工时、主辅料等；

Process Quota: Formulate process quota standards, including personnel, working hours, main and auxiliary materials, etc.

任职条件Qualifications:

1、 学历要求：大学本科学历

Education requirements: Bachelor degree

2、 专业要求：机械设计、材料工程、车辆工程类相关专业；

Major requirements: mechanical design, material engineering, vehicle engineering and other related majors.

3、 工作经验要求：3年以上汽车涂装工艺工作经验 ；

Working experience requirements: more than 3 years working experience in automobile painting process.

4、 岗位知识：熟悉涂装工艺、设备、SE分析等专业知识；

Post knowledge: Familiar with painting process、equipment、SE analysis and other professional knowledge;

5、 业务技能：熟练使用CATIA、AUTOCAD、office等办公软件；

Business skills: proficient in using CATIA、AUTOCAD、office and other software;

6、 素质能力：具备较强的沟通表达、组织协调、分析判断、压力承受等素质；

Qualities: Strong communication and expression, organization and coordination, analysis and judgment, stress tolerance and other qualities;

7、 接受公司出差安排；
