Job description:

1: Manage overall operations of the academics team (Foreign teacher, Local Teacher，Teaching assistant)

2: Attend center meetings to give feedback on academic quality and staff statues as well as getting feedback from sales, service, marketing on the overall operations of the center

3: Train and provide support for the academics team

4: Teach the assigned classes to present a quality class to teachers to learn

5: Take part in other assigned work

Requirements：

1: Bachelors degree (English Major or ECE preferred)

2: TEM 8 prefered or overseas living experience

3: Friendly, outgoing and a passion for teaching and learning

4: A desire to work in a multiculturl environment.

5: Love children
