Position Focus: Acquire new profitable business and improve existing business

Job Description:

• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Minimum of eight (8) years working experience. Preferred recent employer(s):
• Must have direct knowledge of sales
• Must have won at least three programs
• Must be comfortable interacting with Korean, Indian, America, German team members and co-workers
• Must be flexible with extending working hours in the evening
• Experience interacting with clients in all global regions
• Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics
• Experience with tooling and capital
• Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model
• Develops and manages specialized programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin
• Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal
• Responsible for continue margin improvement activity and manage normal ECN/VEVA etc change controls and LTA negotiation
• Negotiation of customer contracts
• Maintains good relationships with customers and responsible for collecting customers’ needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations
• Support function head to complete long range plan and budget build up
• Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation
• Computer Skills (1->5 with 5 being expert)

• Worked 7+ years in Automotive business
• Languages: German, French, Spanish, Japanese
• Laser/MAG welding/Stamping experience
• Experience with following OEMs, Ford, Nissan,

Qualification:

• BS in one of these: Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering
• Other degrees will be considered based on individual’s specific experience and history
