岗位职责：

• 提高品牌形象，提升管理质素
• 培训团队提供专业、热诚和贴心服务，令客人超出期望
• 培训团队对公司的产品有充分了解和认知
• 确保餐厅保持国际***品牌形象、提供高雅、舒适、清洁的环境，达到公司要求
• 精确的成本控制及资源运用，对于餐厅的所有推广、餐单内容及食物质素方面能充分跟大厨沟通
• 适当的人手调配及安排
• 处理客户投诉

responsibilities :

• to monitor all aspects of operations of the restaurant and control it quality on service and brand image
• to drive service team members to provide professional, passion and caring service standard in order to achieve customers satisfaction and may be exceeded customers’ expectations
• to ensure the team members are fully understanding and awareness of the menu products
• to maintain the restaurant in elegant, comfortable, and hygienic environment
• to handle cost control and manpower planning. work closely with executive chef on food promotions, menu planning and food quality
• handle customer complaint

任职要求:

• 具有中专以上或同等学历
• 外籍人士以意大利籍优先考虑，英语流利，能用中文做简单交流
• 3年以上5星级酒店或高级西餐厅管理工作经验
• 有较强的沟通能力、具高度的推动力、出众之领导及培训才能，能保持团队凝聚力
• 形象整洁, 大方得体，能够应付具大的工作压力

一旦入职，公司即可办理相关就业证和居留许可证

requirement :

• holding diploma in hospitality / hotel catering or above
• expatriates, especial italian preferable, able to speak fluent english and simple mandarin
• at least 3 years management experience in 5 star hotel or high-end western restaurant in the similar capacity
• strong communication skills, leadership and training skills, able to maintain team cohesion
• able to work under pressure

company will arrange employment working visa application for the right candidate.
