Primary responsibility:

主要职责

  • Develop, maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products, and reaching the targets and goals set for the specific area. 通过开发维护增加公司产品的销售,完成指定区域的销售目标;
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base. 建立、维护并扩大当地客户群;
  • Servicing the needs of existing customers.为现有客户提供所需服务;
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. 通过各种途径增加商业机会;
  • Compiling sales figures and budgeting for customer.收集销售数据和为客户做预算;
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research for further analysis.收集客户反馈信息并进行市场调查,做进一步分析;
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors. 掌握产品和竞争对手的最新信息;
  • Availability to overnight stays away from home 可以接受出差在外过夜;

Participate to conferences, events and exhibition in the area assigned or other areas according to company requests.根据公司要求参加指定区域或其他区域的会议、活动、展会;


Position requirements:

职位要求

  • Business,Finance,Engineering, Sales or similar degree are preferred贸易、财务、机械工程、销售或相关其他专业毕业
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in sales of plastics extrusion industry.3-5年注塑机械行业销售经验
  • Excellent communication skills沟通能力强
  • Excellent sales and negotiations skills熟练掌握销售和谈判技巧
  • Good Interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels人际交往能力强,注重团队合作,能够与各个阶层人员有效沟通;
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time constraints主动性强,能够在指定时间内有效完成工作;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software精通office软件
  • Car driving license.有驾照
