工作职责:
? Team and Brand strategy
- Build and lead a team focused on brand strategy, including domestic and oversea market. Lead strategic brand activity, working with different function leaders to drive a proactive strategy that supports the company’s growth plans.
? Brand Positioning and Research
- Develop short & long-term brand strategy, defining what we stand for, how we position ourselves in the market, and the core messages we want to deliver.-
- Keep up with and understand industry best practices and emerging strategies that will keep the brand marketing up to date and ensure the business a competitive edge in brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
? Brand Communication
- Manage & develop a team focused on delivering the brand strategy. Execute well-structured, comprehensive media campaigns across both Paid & Organic media channels to drive broad-based brand awareness and reputation.
- Define & manage brand media budgets in a variety of online & offline media channels (including but not limited to social, display, etc.)
- Partner with internal teams as an evangelist for our Brand: empower & equip internal teams to take our brand to the world via every interaction we have with customers, drivers and ourselves.
? Brand VI Management
- Responsible for brand visual identity standard build and implementation.
- Leads the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with design agencies in order to create engaging, business building visual communication.
- Responsible for advocacy and education on the importance of an aligned design process and in managing brand assets in the most effective way, including leading local implementation of brand VI.
- Exhibits expertise and interest in effective visual communication through digital channels as well as product and packaging presentation in ecommerce.

?品牌定位与研究:制定中长期的品牌定位策略,定义“我们代表什么”,“我们如何在市场中定位自己”以及“我们需要传递的核心理念“;跟踪研究行业***实践,确保我们的品牌在知名度、顾客转化率以及顾客保持力等方面始终具有竞争力
?品牌传播:执行公司的品牌媒体传播计划,包括免费媒体以及付费媒体,不断提升公司的品牌知名度与美誉度;定义并管理公司的品牌媒体投放预算,包括各类线上与线下媒体,社交媒体等;与内部相关部门保持紧密合作,给他们赋能,并鼓励他们在日常对外的各种交流中把我们的品牌价值与理念传播出去
?品牌VI管理:负责品牌VI标准的建立与执行;与外部设计公司合作,确保公司的VI标准在各个触点上得以有效的呈现与落地;负责公司内部宣传与教育,确保所有品牌VI物料按照既定的设计标准与流程输出;用最有效的方法管理品牌资产,包括公司品牌VI在国内以及全球各区域市场的贯彻执行;在互联网数字化渠道以及电商等领域展现出公司品牌VI的专业性与一致性
任职资格:
"? 10+ years brand research and communication experience with supporting the growth of a hardware device organization or B2B enterprise or 4A Agecny.
? 5+ years
experience in VI design from in-house or agency side.
? 5+ years of people Management experience, with a proven ability to coach & develop talent.
? Background in the international company, including China MNC and foreign enterprise
? Be good at brand research & measurement techniques - consumer research, sentiment analysis, competitive analysis, etc.
? Good English communication skills.
? Bachelor
s Degree+ in marketing, PR, communications or related major."
