4. Key Result Areas:

Visit customer regularly based on customer segmentation demand. To build relationship and identify, find and create opportunity or project to satisfy customer and increase sales.

1) Compliance with Regional Sales Manager’s lead.

2) Implement approved visit plan to visit customer regularly to compliance customer segmentation demand and develop visitor report as per requirement by Regional Sales Manager.

3) Identify, find and create opportunity or project to create greatest value to customer and capture value created. As project leader to make project plan and implement project plan and demonstrate value to customer.

4) Responsible for customer database, collect customer complaint to write correct CCAR for the improvement, report competitor activities or collect competitor product for bench mark and deal any business issue.

5) Check casting process to ensure product applied in right way and manage the customer order with project management approach.

6) To participate proactively in the company’s safety, health & environmental (HSE.) and quality policies and systems.

7) Working with customer to make the accurate forecast and understand customer production plan and stock level to manage customer purchase behavior to delivery with standard package, minimum volume by lowest cost.

8) Collect outstanding debt to get the payment during agreed credit period. Assist Regional Sales Manager for credit control and avoid any risk or potential risk.

9) Discuss sales contract, agreement with customer and make proposal for the approval by Regional Business Manager.
