岗位职责：

1、负责搜集新客户的资料并进行沟通，开发新客户；

2、面向企业客户和精英阶层，负责私人出行的营销推广；

3、通过沟通了解客户需求, 寻求销售机会并完成销售业绩；

4、定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期合作关系。

任职资格：

1、20-35周岁,具备良好的外貌形象和气质，愿意挑战高薪职业；

2、口齿清晰，普通话流利，有较强的语言表达能力和应变能力，语言富有感染力；

3、对销售工作有热情，有事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度，有良好的抗压能力；

4、有星级酒店、4S店、高端楼盘、会所、奢侈品等相关行业销售经验者可优先考虑。

工作时间：

周一至周五上午9:00-下午5:30(中午12:00~14:00休息)；双休，法定节假日休。

薪酬福利：

1、薪资待遇：正式员工底薪3000元/月+200全勤+奖金+高额提成

2、培训制度：为期3—5天的带薪培训

3、保险福利：法定保险

4、带薪假期：满1年正式员工享受5天带薪休假，休假天数随工龄递增；根据国家规定享有带薪婚假、产假等
