岗位职责：

1、负责淘宝店铺总体运营，店铺整体策划，店铺风格定位，店铺布局、活动策划、营销推广，商品上下架及充分利用淘宝各种活动资源，完成公司销售任务；

2、负责淘宝促销活动公司内各部门的协调；

3、负责与淘宝运营人员接洽沟通，做好各方面配合工作；

4、负责淘宝店铺促销活动、关联销售等的策划，流量引入，提升店铺转化率；

5、负责每日营销数据、交易数据、商品管理的把控，优化库存和产品线，完善淘宝店铺的操作规范和操作流程；

6、对竞争对手的品类、价位等数据进行研究，提出合理应对措施，做出可行性分析报告；

7、对公司的决策能及时贯彻，对制度的执行不折不扣，下属充分了解公司制度并能遵从；

8、主动配合、及时反映信息、热情提供帮助，了解其它部门潜在需求，给于大力支持，其它部门提出合理工作协助要求时能及时响应，迅速解决问题。

任职要求：

1、一年以上电商平台或电商渠道管理运营经验；

2、具有良好的沟通能力与交际技巧；

3、善于数据分析，具有良好的逻辑思维能力；

4、工作踏实，认真，努力，具有良好的学习能力。
