Job Description:

1. In charge of daily issues

• Petty cash management, ensure the actual amount of cash in line with the one in accounting books
• Fulfill petty cash physical count monthly
• Make payments against valid and authorized documents
• Issue checks/TT for payment of valid and authorized transactions
• Process online banking
• Go to banks to wire payments to customers or suppliers
• Responsible for cash/bank related bookkeeping and reporting
• Prepare internal financial report monthly
• Actively participate in accounting, month-end closing and reporting

2. Prepare documents for overseas payments (contract, invoice, IIT certificate, withholding taxes etc.)

3. Follow up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or sorted out

4. Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basic, ensure there’s no discrepancy between financial system and bank statement, guarantee payments accurate and on time

5. Obtain bank slips and collate accounting vouchers

6. Accounting documents collecting and filing

7. Cooperate with other departments and provide finance input

8. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirement:

• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Accounting or finance related degree with two or three years related working experience is preferred
• Pleasant and cooperative personality, initiative and hardworking, attention to details, willing to learn, able to work under pressure
• Good computer skills in excel, word and access

• Knowledge in invoicing, bank reconciliation, general accounting operations
