岗位职责
1、支持、协助大厨,确保厨房正常运行
2、根据标准的程序准备和烹饪食物;协助副厨师长的培训员工
3、确保食物始终保持高质量
4、履行厨房开、关工作并确保厨房卫生达标。
5、参与菜品研发和控制厨房的运营
6、负责每日、每月末食物库存清点工作
7、根据公司规定 履行定单、食物签收
任职资格
1、至少有4年相关经验
2、深入了解西餐知识
3、良好的沟通能力,良好的英语交流能力
4、出色的组织能力、良好的时间管理能力以及细节洞察力
Responsibilities
1、 Support and assists Chef to ensure of smooth kitchen operation
2、 Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures. Assists the Sous Chef in training associates
3、 Ensure of food quality consistency at all times
4、 Carry out opening and closing procedures, and ensure of kitchen hygiene standards
5、 Participates in product development and in controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen.
6、 Responsible in daily and month-end food stock take procedures
7、 Carry out order placement and goods receipting procedures according to company policy
Requirements
1、Least 4years experience in western kitchen.
2、Has in-depth knowledge in western cuisine
3、Good communication skills and Good oral English skills
4、Excellent organizational skills, good time management, and strong attention to detail
