Responsibilities Include:

• Get knowledge of the new product. Know about the mechanical parts and commercial parts as well as the production machines and tools.

• Transfer the product production technically.

• Keep good communication with Europe about product, technology etc.

• Do customization design as the request; Finish the drawing on time and correctly;

• Support to set up BOM list in ERP system, maintain the technical files about drawings, specifications.

• ECN process control to guarantee the right drawing and technical information.

• Through GCR suggestion to improve product quality and manufacturability.

• Prepare the technical documents for production such as drawings, working instructions.

• Train the workshop people to start the prototype.

• Process control and continuously improvements on it.

• Together with quality department to improve the quality by engineering solutions.

• Together with production department to improve the productivities by engineering measures.

• Support other engineers and other tasks assigned by supervisor.

  Position Requirements:

• *** preferred, and bachelor degree in relevant industry profession.

• Above 7 years’ experience in mechanical engineering or designing field.

• Or college education with above 10+ working experience in engineering industry.

• Good oral English for technical communication.

• Good ability in CAD/3D drawing reading and drawing.

• Must use Solidworks proficiently to make the 2D/3D drawing.

• Must use AutoCAD proficiently.

• Proven track on product transfer and transfer project management.

• Knowledge about casting, welding, coating, machining, plastic injection and sheet metal manufacturing process.

• Excellent experience in electromechanical assembly with media volume

• Good experience in production introduction and process set up for workshop

• Travelling is required for training during the manufacturing set-up.

• Expected to do on hands work or actual assembly especially at start phase of production.
