Job Description - Merchandiser

1. Position: Merchandiser 采购

2. Report to: president Merchandiser manager 采购经理

3. Weekly report 周报

a. All Merchandisers must send tasks update and weekly report every Friday to the Merchandiser manager and the manager must send to president accordingly.

采购员必须在每周五把周报发给采购经理，采购经理必须相应的发给总裁

4. Inquiries 询盘

1. Enter into outlook/public folder/inquires as soon as client sends inquiries.

当客人发了询盘过来了，采购员必须马上录入到 outlook/public folder/inquiry

1. Reply to client inquiries within 48 hours.

在48小时之内一定要回复客人的询盘

1. Quote accordingly within 1 week.

相应的报价必须在一个礼拜之内完成

5. Quotations 报价

1. All quotations should include factory/supplier details, valid period, product details, USD/RMB prices

所有的报价应该包括工厂的详细信息，报价的有效期间，产品的详细信息，美金和人民币的价格

1. All quotations should be updated daily and saved into tasks

所有的报价应该及时更新并且保存在task里面

1. For each inquiry, merchandisers should provide at least 3 different quotations to compare

对于询盘，采购员应该至少3个不同的报价予以比较

1. For any re-offer, merchandisers should provide a clear and detailed list of comparison list with old price, new price, percentage of profit change, reasons.

对于重新报价，采购应该提供一个清晰的详细的包含老价格和新价格清单，利润的百分比予以比较，并且包含利润改变的原因

6. Sourcing 采购

a. Merchandisers should provide new ideas and market information to the management team.

采购应该提供最新的市场信息给管理层

b. Merchandisers are requested to provide a sourcing report for new products, new suppliers every quarterly.

采购需要每个季度提供一个关于新产品，新供应商的报告

7. Technical sheet 技术参数表

1. To prepare detailed technical sheet for all the items, make sure all the specifications are correct.

对所有的产品准备详细的技术参数表格，确保所有的详细资料都是正确的

1. Attach technical sheet to the relevant orders to complete .

对所有的定单都要附上技术参数表用来完善PO

8. Samples 样品

1. Make sure of samples receiving in time.

确保及时收到样品

1. Check samples to make sure of the quality and standard

核对检查样品并确保样品质量和标准符合要求

1. Refer to company regulation for sample management

参照公司规章制度的样品管理方法来储存和处理样品

9. Test

1. arrange samples from supplier for test

安排样品去检测

1. communicate with test labs for test, follow up closely with test results

与检测机构保持沟通，紧跟检测结果

1. wherever tests are required, goods must pass the test before shipment

不管需是什么检测，货品在出运之前必须要通过测试

10. Supplier auditing 验厂

1. All suppliers should be audited either by ourselves or by a third party.

所有的供应商都应该由我们自己或者第三方进行验厂

1. All suppliers must sign general agreement, issue guarantee letter and pass the evaluation before dealing with Shine.

所有的供应商必须要签定我们的框架协议、保证书，并通过评估之后才能与他们进行业务往来

11. Orders 定单

1. Enter all orders into outlook/public folder/ tasks

录入所有的定单到outlook/public folder/tasks

1. Prepare PI/PO, check carefully before sending out

在寄送PI/PO前，要仔细核对检查无误

1. Make sure all PIs are confirmed

确保所有的PI都是经过确认签字的

d. Follow up orders closely to make sure of the delivery time.

紧跟定单生产情况，确保交期

e. Liaise with the supplier to avoid any delays and penalty.

联络沟通好供应商，避免延期和罚金

12. Production 生产

1. Check production plan, follow up closely.

跟踪并核对产品生产计划

1. Check with suppliers closely and monitor each step of the mass production.

与供应商保持紧密沟通，并监控大货每个阶段的生产

13. Inspection and QC 质量检查

a. Merchandisers are required to inspect goods from time to time.

采购要求按时检查产品生产情况

b. Before inspection, merchandisers should collect photos from suppliers and check that goods to be inspected are up to European standard.

在检测前，采购应该收集产品图片并且检查产品是否能达到欧洲标准

c. For any third party inspection, need to communicate and organize inspection with professional labs and factories.

对于第三方检测，需要与专业检测机构和工厂保持沟通和安排

d. Merchandisers should fill in the standard QC report the day when they finish inspection.

完成验货后，采购应该填写标准的QC报告

e. Merchandisers should be responsible for the goods inspected and make sure the report they issue reflects the true situation of products.

采购应该对产品的检测负责，并要确保检测报告反应产品的真实情况

f. Take all my QC responsibility

对所有的自己的 QC工作负责

14.claims 索赔

g. Follow up closely with any customer claims, communicate with the suppliers to solve the problems

紧密跟随客人的索赔，与供应商沟通并有效解决问题

h. Work independently, offer solutions to clients to solve problems

独立工作，为客人提供解决方案

16.Others 其他

Fulfill other tasks given by the management from time to time.

履行管理层给的其他 工作和任务
