岗位职责：

1、负责跟进大学院研究生项目客户，随时与学生及顾问保持良好沟通；

2、有专业的服务理念，与客户家庭一对一沟通教育培养理念及就业规划；

3、了解日本大学院研究生项目录取规律，掌握学校最新动态，了解申请形势；

4、能帮助学生准确评估并推荐符合要求的选校方案；

5、根据日本教授专业方向，撰写相应研究计划书，并全程负责申请过程中的教授邮件沟通；

6、指导学生在学校面试之前做一对一的模拟面试辅导；

7、全程跟进完成学生留学申请、签证申请等所有工作；

8、翻译相关留学资料（包括推荐信、简历、证书、资金证明等）；

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，建议以日语、计算机、机械、建筑、医学、药学为优先考虑；有日本本科以上留学经历者优先

2、有日本大学院研究生申请行业经验1年以上优先考虑；

3、可以处理大学院文书工作，具备优秀的日语写作及日语沟通能力、日语N1获得者优先；

4、有较强的学习能力和出色的沟通能力，具有较高的综合素质，能够快速掌握与公司业务 有关的各种知识，符合企业文化要求；

5、有较强的责任心和客户服务意识；

6、熟练操作OFFICE办公软件；
