中籍员工人事日常事务：

・ 人力资源政策及相关条款的更新及执行

・ 生育 及工伤补贴的申请事务，补缴退缴事宜

・ ・ 建立、维护人事档案，办理和更新劳动合同

・ 协助完成招聘面试工作，协助办理入职、离职、调任、升职等手续

・ 熟悉办公软件，可快速准确地提交各项报表，能及时汇报工作

・ 负责人事主管的报销及工作行程安排

・ 协助上级建立健全人力资源制度建设，完成领导交办的其他事项。

外籍员工人事日常事务的处理：

系统资料输入及维护

各类函件起草出具

文档整理

办事机构资料递交等等

处理外籍人员机票订票事宜；

任职资格

大学本科以上学历；

熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策；

英语良好，可与外籍人员工作沟通（四级以上）；

如有办理外籍工作签证经验优先

做事细心，口齿伶俐，做事干练，良好的沟通能力，有团队协作精神；

有较好的招聘面试技巧和简历识别能力
