Duties**

The duties to be performed by the Employee include:

• Teaching the children ESL—— English as a Second Language
• Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development
• Help the Chinese Teacher to do some customer service to the parents. (Such as , answer some questions from the parents)
• Assisting with administration including intake and placement of students and recording attendance
• Participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s)
• Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school
• Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the school
• Attending all scheduled meeting where his/her presence is required
• Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and our school in his/her working hours.

Qualifications**

The qualifications required of the employee include:

• Bahelor degree or above

• Native English speaker
