工作内容
? Guarantee high service level and customer satisfaction
? Strong collaboration and intense communication with customers, throughout order lifecycle, using independent judgment and discretion to resolve conflicts, anticipate customers' needs and solve issues as they arise.
? Create a competitive advantage by daily interactions with customers
? Support full transparency of customer requirements across internal interfaces
? Order processing, invoicing, support of dunning activities
? Letter of Credit handling
? Preparation of export documents
? Complaint management
? Consignment stock handling
? Internal supply chain coordination with production and logistics
? Communication with service providers, ports and warehouses
? Continuous improvement of customer service processes including interfaces to other specialist departments like production, logistics, finance, technical customer service and further business support functions
应聘条件
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in B2B industrial customer service or similar tasks
– Full command of Chinese and English.
– Selling skills, customer and service-oriented mindset.
– Good cooperation and team spirit
– Skills and ability to communicate in both speaking and writing
– Initiative and positive
– Experience with SAP and L/C
– Experience of customs clearance will be favored
