岗位职责 Roles and Accountabilities：

• 负责营运部土建内控文件的编制。

  Responsible for civil documents compiling of operations department.

• 负责营运部土建抢维修工作。

  Responsible for civil maintenance in operations department.

• 认真执行公司各项规章制度和工作程序。

  Follow GDLNG’s policy and procedure.

  
  

  主要工作Principal Activities：

• 个人年度KPI设定，半年回顾，年度绩效总结。

  Personal annual KPI setting, half-year review, annual summary.

• 编制土建抢维修年度工作计划及预算。

  Prepare annual work plan and budget.

• 贯彻执行公司关于LNG工程建设及运营对土建抢维修的标准、规定要求。

  Consciously implement the civil standards of LNG engineering construction and operations in GDLNG.

• 参加运营维修采办沟通会，并按计划提交改扩建项目土建工作的PR需求。

  Attend routine communication meeting between CP and OPS, and submit PRs based on annual work plan.

• 做好运营改扩建项目土建设计施工图的审查和技术交底工作。

  Civil construction design auditing and technical clarification for sustaining-capex project.

• 参加运营维修计划会，并做好土建维修计划和工作安排 。

  Attend daily maintenance planning meeting, and keep plans well arranged

• 审批运营零星土建维修的施工方案和施工简图。

  Audit and approve construction proposal and drawings for sporadic civil maintenance.

• 做好运营土建抢维修的业主工作指令单的起草和报批工作。

  Draft owner’s instruction of civil maintenance and submit for approval

• 协调所涉及的单位部门做好运营维修的土建工作。

  Coordinate with related department to do operation repair civil management work.

• 现场督促、检查、管理土建抢维修施工的质量、进度、安全和文明施工等。

  Urge the contractor to perform the civil inspection system.

• 及时组织有关部门的项目负责人、工程师对土建维修项目进行竣工质量检查和验收。

  Organize quality inspection, check and acceptance when civil maintenance work finished.

• 按时提交工作日报和周报。

  Report the daily work to Contractor Supervisor.

• 对土建维修承包商进行管理。

  Manage civil maintenance contractors

能力与经验 Competencies and Experience：

• 熟悉和掌握营运部抢维修土建工作的要求。

  Familiar with the requirements of civil maintenance.

• 熟悉和掌握土建的相关标准和规范。

  Understanding the related civil specifications and standards.

• 有良好的沟通能力。

  Good communication skills.

• 了解基本的项目管理知识。

  Understanding basic project management knowledge.

• 高度的责任心和工作主动性。

  A very high level of personal commitment and initiative work attitude.

• 熟练使用办公软件，熟练使用CAD软件。

  Can use office software skillfully. Can use CAD software skillfully.

• 较强的英语读写说能力，英语至少四级。

  Good written and oral English communication skills, at least CET 4.

• 至少有从事现场施工管理工作两年及以上的工作经验，并且有助理工程师及以上的职称。

  At least 2 years working experience in site construction management，Assistant engineer or above.

  
  

  教育背景 (Educational Background)

• 大学本科学历，土木工程专业。

University degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
