1. Administrative work: in charge of the daily schedule of CEO office, including calendar management, travel-related arrangements (e.g. reservation of hotel/restaurant/ flight/), expense reimbursement, receipt and delivery of correspondence, screening phone calls, submission and follow-up of internal and external documents, etc.
2. Draft, translate and file various documents, and keep brief report of meetings and record of the office’s big events; 3. Communication window among CEO office and internal stakeholders, i.e. channels and functional departments, and external stakeholders’ offices, including regulator and business community.
4. Support senior executives' visit to China, including issue the invitation letter, send out the meeting request to regulators and government officials, coordinate logistics, draft briefing documents and follow-up letters.
5. Support team: organize and coordinate monthly con-call, keep record and collect fact sheet of branches before meeting; in charge of the arrangement for annual meeting; maintain and update OA system.
6. To complete other works as required by CEO office.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Minimum 2 years of EA working experience in multinational company
4. Excellent command of oral and written English is a must. Proficient in MS office software.
5. Able to work under pressure, make basic analysis independently and improve oneself according to the company’s development.
