Job Description
Work Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for order entry in CRM, timely order confirmation and maintenance.
2. Order execution including but not limited to:
- work out submittal data form
- proforma invoice issuance
- coordinate with factory on material planning and order releasing
- order schedules monitoring and expediting; follow up orders periodically with related parties to make sure final delivery reliability.
3. Shipping and invoicing
- work with logistics on shipping documents preparation based on shipping instruction, contract terms and letter of credit
- cooperate with Finance on accounting check, payment collection and commission payout.
4. Order data base updates and maintenance; keep proper filing of contracts and shipping documents
Requirements:
- More than 3+ working experience in international trade, logistics or related areas.
- Self-motivated, details-oriented, and can work independently
- Team work and good commination skills
- Good English skills in oral, reading and written.
- CRM/SAP experiences will be a plus
