Job Description
上海市 虹口区
Work Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for order entry in CRM, timely order confirmation and maintenance.

2. Order execution including but not limited to:

  • work out submittal data form

  • proforma invoice issuance

  • coordinate with factory on material planning and order releasing

  • order schedules monitoring and expediting; follow up orders periodically with related parties to make sure final delivery reliability.

3. Shipping and invoicing

  • work with logistics on shipping documents preparation based on shipping instruction, contract terms and letter of credit

  • cooperate with Finance on accounting check, payment collection and commission payout.

4. Order data base updates and maintenance; keep proper filing of contracts and shipping documents


Requirements:

  • More than 3+ working experience in international trade, logistics or related areas.

  • Self-motivated, details-oriented, and can work independently

  • Team work and good commination skills

  • Good English skills in oral, reading and written.

  • CRM/SAP experiences will be a plus
