• Manage corporate legal function.

• Prepare, review and update relevant legal documents to ensure daily operations are consistent and aligned with no breaches of laws/regulations/internal policies.

• Independently lead legal team to minimize the legal risk for commercial agreements, with high efficiency.

• Manage team to review all products labels/claims/magazines/booklets to ensure all claims are compliance with laws/regulations.

• Provide quick legal support in all inquiry/interview/consumer complaints, to minimize risk in crisis events.

• Help to coach and development the current legal function to be better,

• Internal legal trainings and corporate secretary function.

• Provide legal advice to compliance team to optimize internal compliance policies and cases.

• Ensure business compliance with relevant laws, regulations in China.

Qualifications (Requirement on Knowledge, Competence and Skills):

• Degree in Law, master degree preferred.

• Around 15+ years of working experience in legal fields, in which 8+ years was in-house.

• Licensed to practice law in P.R.C.

• Highly preferred familiar with regulations and laws in Foods/FMCG.

• Native fluency in Chinese and English language (both written and spoken).

• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills and ability to understand, articulate and persuade on significant legal and business issues;
