The position is playing as part of the Finance Operation Control & Review team to handle China cross-functional projects and analytical tasks, internal control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data analysis and review of all business transactions to ensure spending are fair, within plan, make logical sense and conducted in line with approved processes and procedures.

• Business value chain and net pricing analysis covering all discounts and promotional activities to all intermediaries to ensure a fair distribution of profits amongst all channel players.

• COA update to ensure they are up to date, representative of latest organizational changes meeting also the needs for future business expansion.

• Point of reference & librarian of all financial policies, conduct timely review to ensure they meet all legislative requirements and incorporate all latest accounting standards, acts and amendments.

• Perform process procedural review of other functional departments and execution follow-up check to ensure adequacy of internal control and integrity of risk management been observed.

• Participate and support cross-function in new system and project implementation such as Digital, E-HR etc.

• Analyze operation result and macro law & policy impact, continually improve efficiency, identify risks and opportunity.

• Conduct other activity and project base studies and analysis to identify opportunities for further improvements.
  

Jobholder Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting and professional certification, such as CGMA/CMA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is preferred;

• 6+ years in various finance operation/FP&A/internal audit/internal control position in FMCG /consumer industry in corporate level/sales function is preferred. Big 4 audit background or audit experience in sales operations environment are encouraged to apply.

• Good knowledge in SAP, or equivalent system, project experience is better.

• Strong communication skills and good command of English is preferred.

• Task oriented with ability to adjust multiple priorities in a short time span.
