Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of all corporate marketing materials (e.g. brochures, leaflets, invitations, posters, gimmicks, stationaries, company photos, exposure materials for entitled customers) from layout design to production
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for any product brand exposure review in line with the corporate brand guideline
- Compile promotion videos based on existing photos or video footage
- Propose new idea for brand design exposure in accordance with hot seasons/festivals/social news, etc.
- Upload the update e-marketing materials (such as brochures, production promotion brochures, posters, product photos) to online platforms, like CRM platform, SharePoint, Wechat
- Educate salesforce regularly how to be access to the required e-marketing materials and monitor the respective usage
- Bachelor’s degree, Art design major preferred
- Over 2 years working experiences in type setting, designing or video cutting and editing
- Be experienced in communication with related 3rd party suppliers, like printing house, designing house, production house, to control the production quality of marketing materials
- Be familiar with art design or video production tools, e.g. photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.
- Have good visual concept and hand drawing capability
- Good English skills in writing and speaking
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal relations
- Have interests and strong acceptance of new trends and information
- Creative mind-set and sensitive to social hotpots
