工作职责:

As a member of our IT/Infrastructure team in Shanghai, you will be responsible for providing technical support related to develop, design, build, tune, and operate our network of Wish CN offices. The ideal candidate possesses excellent troubleshooting skills for isolating problems and determining/implementing solutions, as well as a desire to Implement and optimize healthy and stable infrastructure to support the company rapidly expanding.

What you’ll do：

• Provide 2nd level technical support for network, Windows, MacOS and Linux based infrastructure and systems.
• Architect and design Wish China offices infrastructure and remote satellite offices to support our diverse business needs. Including Wireless, Switches, routers, firewalls and VoIP etc.
• Deploy and maintain SD-WAN global connection include offices, datacenter and AWS.
• Continuously develop and scale our inter-office architecture for all employee-serving networks, Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure and services.
• Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design and standards.
• Manage trouble ticket queue, adhering to ITIL change and incident management processes.
• Provide general office IT support as needed and maintain detailed IT documentation

任职资格:

• 3+ years of professional experience supporting medium to large scale enterprise networks

CCNP or equivalent certification

• Extensive experience with Cisco (CATOS, IOS) and Palo Alto (PAN-OS) in Global networking environments.
• Detailed working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP and related common protocols, including but not limited to DHCP, DNS, FTP/S, SMTP, HTTP/S, Telnet, NTP and SSH.
• Strong understanding of enterprise wireless networking, including architecture, tuning and troubleshooting.
• Desire to understand and implement new technologies in the field that can help deliver on business needs
• Good team-worker
