电话咨询顾问(客服) TelephoneConsultant (Customer Service Agent)

工作职责：

1、电话接待来访的客户，对客户关于留学申请相关问题进行咨询解答；

2、为客户初步解答留学政策及相关院校、专业设置情况；

3、整理客户背景信息，筛查客户申请条件，判断客户资源有效性；

4、进行客户满意度调查及相关回访工作；

5、完成部门交办的相关业务工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，应届或半年以上工作经验；

2、有较好的沟通及服务意识；

3、有强烈的责任心及自我约束意识；

4、有良好的学习和自我提升意识；

5、有良好的团队合作意识，乐观开朗，能够面对工作压力；

6、每天7小时工作制，班次灵活，每月综合休息9天左右；

Responsibility:

1. Receive visiting customers bytelephone and answer their questions of application for studying abroad;

2. Provide preliminary answers for customerson study-abroad policy, institutions and majors situation;

3. Collate customer backgroundinformation, screen out customers application conditions and determine the effectivenessof customer resources;

4. Carry on customer satisfaction investigationand other callback work;

5. Accomplish the tasks assigned by department.

Qualifications:

1. Possess College degree or above, freshgraduate or have more than 6 months working experiences;

2. Equipped with sound communicationability and service awareness;

3. Work with strong sense of responsibilityand sense of self-restraint;

4. Equipped with sound learning abilityand self-improvement awareness;

5. Work with teamwork spirit, is optimisticand be willing to accept working stress;

6. A flexible working shift of 7 hoursper day with totally 9 days off every month.
