工作职责:

"? Team and MR Strategy

  • Build and lead a team focused on market research, including domestic and oversea market. Lead strategic MR, working with different function leaders to drive a proactive strategy that supports the company’s growth plans.

? Customized Research

  • Work with the leadership team to understand the strategic issues, both current and in the future, design market research project to answer the questions, lead the project execution, and deliver insightful results to support the company’s business decisions.
  • To support internal product planning team and R&D team to understand customer needs and competitive landscape before concept generation, to make sure the delivered concept can hit customer pain points, improve user experience and is unique enough in the market.

? Syndicated Research

  • Based on the market information requirements from domestic and oversea sales team, to complete the syndicated research reports, including annual industry trend report, quarterly competitor intelligence report, and monthly important newsletter (potential sales opportunity) summary.

? 团队与市场研究策略:建立一个聚焦于市场研究专业领域的团队,包括国内与海外市场。领导战略型市场研究项目,与不同部门的负责人紧密合作,推动市场研究项目的执行,以此支持公司的业务增长计划

? 定制类研究:通过理解公司领导团队面临的战略问题,包括当前的以及未来的,设计具体的市场调研项目去回答这些问题,负责这些定制类研究项目的总体设计、项目执行以及具有洞察力的研究报告的交付,帮助公司做出科学的商业决策;支持产品企划部在产品概念开发之前的客户需求洞察与竞争环境研究,确保产品概念创意能击中客户的使用痛点,达到提升用户体验以及产品差异化的目的

? 非定制研究:基于公司国内以及国际销售团队的业务需求,定期完成各种专题研究报告的输出,包括但不限于《办公家具行业年度趋势报告》、《各区域竞争情报季度报告》、《重大工程与潜在销售机会月度新闻摘要》等


任职资格:

"? 10 years’ experience in market research, business insight and competitor intelligence.

? 5+ years of people Management experience, with a proven ability to coach & develop talent

? Background in the international company, including China MNC and foreign enterprise

? Understand the general market research methodology, including qualitative, quantitative, mystery shopper, observation, online community, desk research, etc.

? Demonstrated success defining business information and insight needs and translating those to specific reports.

? Strong cross-functional team management expertise to drive implementation and business results

? Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and solve problems

? Outstanding project management skills

? Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Experience with the management of budgets and vendors

? Good English communication skills.

? Bachelors Degree+ in marketing, business management, or related major
