任职资格

1.Advanced understanding of TF、Littho、Wet、DIff、Etch、CMP、 processes.

2.Must possess strong engineering knowledge of Photo equipment, including: Scanner/Track and materials.

3.Proficient in statistics, data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE). Understanding of optics including the principles and application of immersion lithography, polarized illumination.
