物料计划与控制，将原材料库存规定在合理的范围内：避免导致生产线缺停线，精细控制大件物料避免造成仓库安全问题。Materials planning and controlling, set up optimal inventory level: prevent line down due to missing materials, control stock level esp. bulky parts due to limited w/h space.根据ABC/XYZ原则制定生产计划。High Run产品按照levelling要求更新均衡生产计划，low run产品制定并下达给产线每日生产计划。

Define planning strategy base on ABC/XYZ analysis. Work out levelling pattern for defined high runners and daily production plan for low runners and release to production line accordingly.跟进客户订单并确保订单按时交付。

Follow up customer orders and make sure orders completed according to customer requirement. 管理相应的KPI, 应及时预警、改善各项业绩指标。主要KPI包括: SSL3(供应商服务水平)，EZRS&EZFE(在线生产物料的库存率及原材料的库存率)，LT0（生产交期），SL1（客户服务满意指数）

Monitor deployed KPI, alert / quick reaction to deviations to make sure KPI are under controlled, including SSL3(supplier service level), EZRS&EZFE (inventory coverage for Working in process and raw materials), LT0 (production lead time for products)and SL1(customer service level).

跟进工程更改的物料和phase-out 产品以确保没有物料报废，定期评估并处理仓存呆滞物料.

Follow up CR changed materials and phase-out products to make sure no scrap. Regular review and take action for slow moving materials.

做为新项目的LPV, 跟进物料相关的工作。

LPV for assigned new project. Follow up corresponding logistics tasks in new project.

良好的内、外部沟通能力，英语语言能力 （特别是能独立用英语沟通和表达）

Good communication skills with internal and external counterparts, esp. English communication with foreign customers/colleagues.

较强数据分析能力,能通过数据分析改善计划模式，提升业绩指标。

Strong data analysis ability so as to improve planning and KPI performance base on facts and data analysis.

3~5年物料计划和生产计划工作经验.

At least 3 years in material control and 2 years in production plan

具有强烈的团队意识，合作精神，能够在压力下工作。

Strong teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure.
