Provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Concierge and Transportation Departments in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri‐La Hotels and Resorts and the hotel

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years relevant experience in an international 5 star hotel

• Good command of oral and written English and communication skills
