Key Responsibility Areas:

IT infrastructure engineer will be working in a fast-pace environment driving performance and reliability from specific IT architectures which requiring an IT degree, including, but not limited to

1. Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure based on ISA-95 in a highly available 24x7x365 multi-data center environment

2. Execute the requested network setup on Cisco network devise and tuning of configuration methods to further streamline the sub-devices installs

3. Troubleshoot complex application and system interactions to quickly resolve live-site and supportive system incidents

Job Requirements:

The requirements for the role, as currently constituted, are as follows

1. Cater to doing infrastructure coordination related to design and setup activates at different stages of a project

2. Maintain well working relationships with all services provides and vendors to ensure that services received meet expected business requirements

3. Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

4. Experience using automated monitoring tools and be familiar with incident ticketing systems

5. Ability to work in a flexible environment

6. Demonstrated interest in IT technology

Role Selection Criteria:

Essential:

1. 3+ years relevant IT/industry experience and solid technical background in a hosted services environment including infrastructure networks, hardware, software and telecommunications

2. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to ITIL basis

Desirable:

1. Experience within a manufacturing facility of MNC, good understanding of S95 architecture & its concepts

2. Relevant IT degree or industry experience

3. Relevant certifications by Cisco, CCNP is preferred
