• Project management, including daily operation with internal function team, weekly meeting with external team (Dell).
• Communicate & coordinate between Dell, Wistron HQ & Wistron factory regarding pilot run activities.

.Pilot run arrangement, planning and problem shooting, etc.

• Work with vendors regarding sample schedule, pilot run support, qualification issues, etc.
• Lead product development 'core team' and 'cross function team' to develop notebook projects, according to required validation & manufacturing process with customers.
• Work with buyer and fulfillment team on ramp up, including front-end vendor selection, mechanical tooling simulation and PPAP scheduling, post-RTS production trouble shooting and COS containment.
• Be accountable for project schedule, cost and quality, drive engineering team to meet the goal from concept phase to development and launch phase.
