工作职责

核心职责包括但不限于如下:

进行云网络基础设施部署维护，其中包含 Juniper MX 路由器, Cisco Data Center 交换机, Juniper tipping point & Cisco ASA防火墙, F5 负载均衡设备, DDoS防护设备.

提供运维支撑需求响应服务及参与7x24小时的网络事件电话响应轮岗值班

遵守标准流程创建及维护相应的网络变更、流程、拓扑、服务记录等文档

参与网络资产管理包括网络组件维护及相关的技术文档

4. Position Overview

Collaborate with our counterpart to build the most solid and reliable cloud network infrastructure.

5. Job Responsibilities

Core responsibilities will not limited but include the following:

Deploy cloud network using Juniper MX routers, Cisco Data Center switches, Juniper tipping point & Cisco ASA firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM, Anti-DDoS and other hardware.

Provide operational support and participate in 24x7 on call rotation as required to update network configurations or resolve network issues.

Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.

Participate in network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.

6. Experience, Skills and Competencies

Experience installing, troubleshooting and configuring the following platforms:

• JUNOS platform
• Cisco Nexus platform
• Arista platform
• F5 LTM/GTM
• Juniper IPS platform

In-depth knowledge of and experience with major router and switch platforms;

Excellent network analysis fundamentals and troubleshooting skills

Professional English written and verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal and customer service skills
