PA Internship - 大三学生、研究生在读

• 瑞典翻译公司CBG上海分公司现诚聘负责处理多种语言项目的在校实习生。
• 国际化工作环境，锻炼英语口语。
• 实习期间可签三方协议，实习结束即有机会转为正式员工。

工作职责：

• 文档和数据整理，LT数据检查和录入；
• 在CAT tool中利用质检工具检查本地化项目质量；
• 排版和排版检查；
• 制定项目计划，管理项目流程；
• 与客户及内部部门有效沟通，更好地控制项目进度。

岗位要求：

• 大学本科或以上，大三学生或者研究生在读；
• 每周可工作三~五天；
• 语言类专业（如英语、意大利语、泰语、或其他亚洲语专业）可申请；
• 或排版设计、电脑设计类专业可申请；
• 英语六级或以上，有良好的中英文书面和口头交流能力；
• 良好的计算机操作能力，能够熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等办公软件；
• 性格开朗，仔细，学习能力强，有责任心，能承担较大压力。

We are now seeking PA internship at our Shanghai local office for different tasks related to our production of multilingual documentation.

International working environment, good environment to practice spoken English skills. Having the opportunity to be a full-time employee after the internship.

Fields of responsibilities:

• Organizing the documents and data, checking and inputting LT data;
• Using CAT Tool to check localization projects;
• DTP and DTP check;
• Making project plans and managing project process;
• Efficient communication with both clients and internal departments. Better control of the project.

Our requirements:

We envisage that you are interested in languages, having your education in university now and intending to embark upon a professional career. We expect that you are outgoing, conscientious and have strong learning ability. In addition you should have good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, good command of programs in the Windows environment.

• Bachelor Degree or above, junior or graduate students;
• Be able to work three to five days per week;
• Language Majors (English, Italian, Thai, or other Asian languages)
• layout, design related majors;
• CET 6 or above, good command of written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English;
• Good at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or other Office Software;
• Outgoing, conscientious, good learning ability and able to work under pressure.
