• 熟悉化工生产装置及装置中常用的设备（如管道、阀门、传感器、电机、除尘系统等）。

Familiar with chemical / industrial production plants and the equipment commonly used in such plants (e.g. pipes, valves, sensors, actors, electrical engines, dedusting systems, etc.)

• 负责设备常规维修工作，按维修作业指导书维修；

Responsible for the maintenance work of the company's equipment and timely diagnose and repair the problem according to the maintenance order;

• 按设备保养手册和设备说明书制订保养计划，并按计划实施保养工作；

Develop maintenance plan according to the equipment maintenance manual and equipment manual, and carry out maintenance work as planned;

• 根据库存情况提交备件采购申购表，负责备件的验收与急购备件的提交；

Submit the spare parts procurement application form according to the inventory situation, responsible for the acceptance of spare parts and the submission of urgent spare parts;

• 做好日常设备的巡视检查工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患；

Do a good job of daily inspection of equipment repair, find problems in time and deal with hidden dangers;

• 做好预防性保养、维护工作，降低本区域停机及设备原因造成损失

Do preventive maintenance work, and reduce the losses caused by equipment such as downtime in the workshop.

职位要求

Job Requirements

• 专科及以上学历

At least having a technical school education level

• 至少10年相关工作经验

At least 10 years related working experience

• 具备专业的机械设备及部件(特别是电机、水泵、门阀)安装、维修及保养知识

Professional mechanical equipment and component installation, repair and maintenance knowledge (especially motors, pumps, door valves)

-能够熟练使用钻孔机、切割机、抛光机等加工设备

Skilled in using drilling machines, cutting machines, polishing machines, etc.

• 证书要求：焊接证、二级锅炉司炉证（G2）

Certificates required: Welding certificate, Second-class Boiler and Stoker Certificate (G2)

• 思维敏捷，性格开朗

Open minded

• 富有动手能力、乐于解决问题

Hands-on mentality and willingness to solve issues

• 能够根据二维图纸加工管道、支架等零部件

Ability to process parts such as pipes and brackets according to 2D drawings

• 会说英语（加分项）

Ability to speak English is a plus
