岗位职责：

1、配合公司国际营销团队，负责无托槽隐形矫正产品在国际市场的培训方案和计划的制定，以及海外客户的培训执行；

2、负责无托槽隐形矫正产品国际市场培训体系、流程和制度的建立，包括培训课程，讲师体系，培训评估体系的规划和执行；

3、负责无托槽隐形矫正产品国际市场KOL的建立和维护；

4、根据公司发展规划，制定，组织，制定无托槽隐形矫正产品年度培训费用预算和费用控制；

5、完成上级领导交办的其它任务。

1. Cooperate with the international sales team of the company, responsible for the formulation of training programs and plans for the invisible orthodontic Products in the international market, and the training implementation for overseas customers;

2. Responsible for the establishment of training system, process and system for the international market of invisible orthodontic products, including the planning and implementation of training courses, lecturer system and training evaluation system;

3. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of KOL in the international market of invisible orthodontic products;

4. According to the company's development plan, formulate, organize and make annual training budget and cost control for invisible orthodontic products;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，牙医，口腔医学/正畸专业；

2、能熟练使用英语交流、培训，能制作英文讲义、课件；

3、良好的沟通协调能力，演讲能力和培训技能，能主动与公司内各部门，外部客户和专家沟通交流；

4、较强的学习和适应能力，思路清晰、有创新意识，能够敏锐发现市场机会和行业内的市场经验，并灵活运用；

5、具备很强的团队合作意识与工作责任心、协调组织能力强，能适应国内外出差。

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in dentistry, oral medicine/orthodontics;

2. Proficient in English communication and training, capable of making English handouts and courseware;

3. Good communication and coordination skills, presentation skills and training skills, able to actively communicate with internal departments, external customers and experts;

4. Strong learning and adaptability, clear thinking and innovative consciousness, able to find market opportunities and market experience in the industry, and use them flexibly;

5. Strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, strong coordination and organization ability, able to adapt to domestic and foreign business trips.
