Job description
We are looking for a UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

? Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with customers and product managers.
? Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
? Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how system function and look like.
? Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, sidebar, navigation, tabs, widgets and buttons etc.
? Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
? Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
? Review final implementation, identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
? Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Qualifications and technical skills

? BS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related.
? Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
? Strong portfolio of design projects
? Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
? Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
? Proficiency in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq, Axure)
? Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
? Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
? Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
? Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
