職責要求
Provide strategic leadership and management over LIH’s medical services, quality initiatives and patient satisfaction in LIH’s three out-patient clinics and rehabilitation hospital in Kunming as well as its future facilities in other locations.
從戰略角度領導長和醫療旗下所有的康復醫療實體的醫療服務和品質改進,保障患者滿意。
Strategic Planning and Executive Leadership:

Participating in making key decisions as a member of the executive management team;
作為公司執行管理團隊的一員,參與公司重大決策;
In charge of making, implementing and evaluating different plans to ensure the provision of high-quality in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation medicine and therapy services from all of our facilities;
負責制定、執行及評估各項計畫方案,以保證診所和醫院提供高品質的康復治療服務;
In coordination with the clinical and marketing teams to develop new service lines and products ;
與臨床及市場團隊協作開發新的產品線或服務;
Effectively integrating the physical rehabilitation medicine, mental health services as well as developmental and behavioral pediatrics of our organization.
對公司物理康復醫學、心理健康服務及發育行為兒科學方面進行有效整合。
Clinical Services and Staff Management:
臨床服務及員工管理:
Setting and enforcing standards for the hiring, training and retaining of clinical staff, including maintaining a formal program of continuing education;
制定並實施臨床員工招聘、培訓及保留的標準,包括對繼續教育計畫的維護。
Measuring, analyzing and reporting the outcomes of services;
對醫療服務效果進行衡量、分析及報告;
Collaborating with Human Resources on the preparation of job descriptions for all levels of medical personnel;
協助人事部門準備各級醫務人員的崗位說明;
In charge of the development and review of all clinical content for the organization, including content related to marketing and training.
負責機構內所有臨床內容的制定及審核,其中也包括與市場和培訓相關的內容。
Quality Management:
品質管制:
Making sure that all the medical personnel and therapists are qualified, and quality being improved as well as related procedures being correctly carried out in each of LIH’s facilities;
負責確保醫療和治療人員具有執業資格,確保品質改進,同時也需要保證與其相關的流程能夠在長和的診所及醫院正常實施;
Establishing standards of care, standards of practice and standards of performance, and measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of clinical personnel and their activities according to these standards;
確立醫療標準、執業標準及績效標準,並使用這些標準衡量臨床服務人員及活動的效率和效果;
Implementing effective procedure to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of clinical treatment and services for patients.
執行有效的程式對臨床治療及服務品質進行監測、評估及改進。
從戰略角度領導長和醫療旗下所有的康復醫療實體的醫療服務和品質改進,保障患者滿意。

任職資格
工作地點:北京、深圳、昆明
- Minimum of 5 years successful experience in leading physicians, nurses and other clinicians
- Experience either in rehabilitation medicine or a related medical field including orthopedics, neurology, cardiology, internal medicine or emergency medicine
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English as well as Mandarin.
- Experience in leading and managing healthcare facilities which provide rehabilitation healthcare services
- Medical degree 醫學學位以上
