1. Potential supplier visit/audit, review the supplier’s physical quality and quality system, address whether it is robust for Fisher’s requirements. Supplier basic information/Visit Report.

2. Attend design review on the bidding supplier, to confirm the critical dimensions, performance, and material specification, to confirm the method of measurement, to release PPAP requirement to supplier

3. PPAP documents, FA & Pilot run follow up.

4. Launch production supplier quality performance follow up, address monthly report to supplier, including PPM, OTD and CAR following up.

5. Conduct supplier audit, business review and continues improvement.

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Metallurgic/Manufacturing Engineering.

2. At least 3 years quality experience in supplier evaluation and development activities in Casting, Stamping, Machining& Spring in multinational company.

3. Good communication and project management skill.
