1. 负责新产品的开发与设计；包括新产品的技术工艺开发与设计和新产品模具、检具、夹具的开发与设计等；

Responsible for new product development and design; Including technology development and design for new products and new product mould and tooling development and design, etc;

2.负责新产品的试产及试装；

Responsible for the pilot production for new products and assembly;

3.确认新产品的BOM表及生产工艺等，确认样品零件；

Check and confirm BOM and production process of new products, etc., validate and verify sample;

4.审核BOM表及维护和持续改进；

Review and maintain the BOM, and make continuous improvement when needed;

5.对产品试装工艺状况监督检查，以及提供技术支持；

Supervise and inspect for product process condition and provide technical support;

6.针对公司现有的目前产品的功能、外观及性能完善和改良，提出计划和方案；

Make action plan for the current product appearance and performance improvement if needed;

7.处理生产上出现的异常或突发问题；

Handle abnormal or emergency problems for production;

8.不定期了解市场上的新品情况，并跟进我司的新产品投放市场跟踪反馈情况。

To understand the new product situation in the market, follow up and get feedback on our new products from the market

要求 Requirement：

1、材料,化工或相关专业优先；

Material, chemical or related field preferred;

2、有塑料产品开发工作经验；

Rich experience in plastic product development;

3、有一定的创新意识；

Have the sense of innovation;

4、熟悉塑料,树脂产品的性能,加工工艺；

Familiar with plastic product performance and processing technology;

5、熟练使用CAD等绘图软件；

Good skilled in use of CAD and other drawing software;

6、积极,务实,责任心强。
