Job Description
该职位主要负责管理及壮大我公司在华北和华东地区的销售事业。需要您访问这些地区的高尔夫球场及一些高端园林客户,继续巩固公司在该客户群体中25年以上的销售成绩,开展新的销售及发掘新客户。您将与客户进行独立沟通并与我们国内外的专业技术人员协同合作。我们将针对我们的产品对您进行技术培训。
This position is responsible for managing and growing our sales in northern and central China. You will visit the golf courses and related high-end landscape customers in these regions to build on the company’s 25+ years of sales experience in these markets, make new sales, and identify new customers. You will work and communicate independently with customers and with our technical staff, in China and overseas. We will train you to be technically proficient in our products.
职位要求:
1. 在农学、植物营养、土壤科学、 化学或相关农学专业获得学位;
2. 热诚, 外向, 积极的工作态度;
3. 能细心了解客戶,帮助解决问题,同时对高尔夫行业有激情,积极学习;
4. 对缓释肥,农药及特殊化学品有一定的认识和经验;
5. 有销售或高尔夫行业相关经验者优先
熟练使用电脑 (尤其是电邮操作),略懂英文最好,但并不是必须要求的,需要经常出差。

Our ideal candidate will have:
1. Degree in agronomy, plant nutrition, soil science, chemistry, or a similar agricultural field;
2. Enthusiastic, outgoing, and positive sales attitude;
3. Ability and willingness to learn and understand the golf and practical issues our customers face;
4. Experience in sales, or use, of slow-release fertilizer, pesticides, and/or specialty chemicals;
5. Working experience in sales or some aspect of the golf industry is a definite plus.
Reasonable computer proficiency (especially with e-mail) is a must for the positions, as is good communication skills. English is a plus, but not a requirement. The positions will require extensive travel in the region.
