工作內容

    1. Proximity and Change Management

  • Build proximity with all Maisons and Function Heads through monthly meetings to make sure business and team needs are well understood and taken care of.
  • Lead change management and cultural integration efforts required to facilitate the matrix reporting and Richemont functions mindset to support the working environment and foster business partnership

  • 2. Human Resource Planning & Development
    - Provide advice and support to the function heads and line managers to develop appropriate and realistic individual development plan / career plans which should reflect well balance between the personal aspirations and Group views; and development activities which comprise of on-job and off- job learning opportunities for employees
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of the approved development plans of staff
  • Develop and implement effective management tools to facilitate the development of the internal staff
3. Staffing
  • Implement the Regional recruitment strategy to increase the awareness and attractiveness of the Group
  • Develop policy and systems to ensure all line managers involved in recruitment are equipped with adequate interviewing and assessing skills for talent acquisition
  • Organize the local career and HR committees to ensure all related information are properly documented and input into the SAP System for communicating to the Group / Maison / on a timely basis

4. C&B
  • Work with the Group’s experts to design and develop appropriate reward program
  • Ensure the staff cost planning is in line with the business dynamic and ensure various processes / guideline is being respect; comply to meet the P&L accuracy
    5. Employee Relations

  • Develop and maintain a positive employee and industrial relations workplace through open communication and CSR initiative
  • Support the H&S topic and ensure compliance to local legislation
    6. Project
  • Work with Group HRIS team to define blueprint / continue enhancement for HRIS (SAP) to streamline the HR operations and ensure an effective and efficient management of human capital data to facilitate strategic HR planning
  • Drive on-going process to review and modify process / procedure / communication / training related compliance / enterprise risk management programs.

需求條件
  • At least 10 years HR experience with sizeable multi-national companies
  • Exposure to modern HR practices
  • Experience in managing shared services platform/ matrix reporting environment
  • Good spoken / written English is essential
  • Able to partnership with Senior Executive for business plan / solutions
