负责演艺技术团队的建设、管理以及所有项目前期演艺技术类工作；包括但不限于，制定技术运营与安全标准
Responsible for the set up and management of the Entertainment Technical Team and all pre-opening technical related work for Entertainment; including but not limited to, setting technical operations and safety standards

主要职责PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

？负责提供综合方案加强景区整体声光电系统的功能和管理。
Responsible for finding integrated technical solutions that can enhance the performance and management of resortwide facilities such as, BGM and Architectural Lighting.

？负责对于所有项目的场地的技术设备采购和安装提供专业指导
Provide consultation on technical equipment procurement and installation for venues within the Resort

？负责为所有演艺场地提供技术参数和提资
Responsible for providing the technical design requirements of all entertainment related venues

？负责带领和管理演艺技术部门顺利完成演艺相关项目，项目类型也包括：
o维保和工作订单系统
o技术设备库存管理系统
o项目优化工程项目

Undertake leadership and coordination of Entertainment Technical Departmental projects from inception to implementation. Projects may also include:?
oMaintenance & Work Order systems?
oTechnical Inventory systems?
oBuilding Enhancement Projects?

Responsible for building an Entertainment Technical Team that will support all aspects of the entertainment program

？负责所有演艺技术团队的招聘和培训计划。
Responsible for all recruitment and training plans of the Entertainment Technical Team

？负责所有演艺技术团队的预算设定、采购申请、合同谈判工作
Responsible for all Entertainment Technical related budgeting, procurement and contracting work

？负责编写和修订演出工作流程，风险评估和其他相关文件。
Author, review and update show procedures, risk assessments and other Health & Safety documentation as required.

？在景区安检委员会里代表演艺运营
Be the Entertainment Operations representative in the committee that ensures Resort Workplace Safety and Health Compliance.

？负责准备演出策划方案和其他集团管理所需的报告。
Write production and administrative reports for management review

教育程度EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/S
？至少演艺技术专业、剧场技术管理或相关领域，例如电子，机电和机械工程的学士学位
？A bachelor's degree in technical theatre, theatrical management, or a related field supplemented by advanced technical courses in electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering.
？丰富的行业经验也能取代教育程度的需求
？Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

职能／技术经验FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

？15年经验在大型活动、演出和场地技术管理，包括不少于7年带领跨专业的技术团队。
15 years of experience in all facets of technical event production and multiple-venue management, including not less than 7 years experience managing technical personnel.
？在剧场／演艺项目灯光、音响、吊挂、演出控制工程，其中一个领域有深度专业知识
Detailed specialist knowledge in one of the following areas: Theatre/Live Event lighting, sound, rigging, show control engineering.
？杂技与音乐剧经验
Experience of circus and/or musicals highly desirable
？杂熟练的英文口语及书写能力
High competency in English, oral and written
