JOB DESCRIPTION – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 根据企业发展战略，制定财务战略规划，组织建立财务管控体系，建立健全财务管理制度.

According to the enterprise development strategy, formulates financial strategic planning, organizes the establishment of financial management and control system, and establishes and improves the financial control system.

2. 负责提供财务战略分析和管理，监督工厂会计实务，确保工厂财务合规。

Responsible for providing strategic business analysis and the management and oversight of all financial accounting matters in the entity. Ensures full compliance with local laws/regulations, corporate policy/procedures, and internal control requirements. 3. 全面负责公司财务工作，制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策。

Full responsibility for all financial processes and matters, setting, maintaining, and improving company financial management policies and procedures.
4. 确保财务数据准确，内部审核批准流程严谨。确保公司财务数据正确透明地反映公司的财务情况。

Ensures accurate data capture, internal review and approvals, correct account distribution, etc. to ensure company records fully reflect company status and performance, provide high level of transparency.

5. 负责管理公司财务活动使其遵守GAAP。

Responsible for managing the financial activities of the company and adhering to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

6. 与公司董事会总经理一起工作确保公司整体成功。

Work with the General Manager and owners to ensure the company's overall success.

7. 有管理不同团队的经验。

Experienced leading a team based on differentiation

8.执行严格的财务操作，确保成本中心的效率和有效性。

Runs a tight finance operation to ensure the cost centers are efficient and effective

REQUIREMENTS

1. 会计或相关专业本科及以上学历，会计师中级以上职称

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting /Finance. Have at least an intermediate accounting certificate

2. 10年以上从业经验，5年以上中型工厂财务经理及以上经验

At least 10 years of working experience in accounting and finance area. At least 5 years of managerial experience in a middle to large size WOFE.

3. 优秀的沟通表达能力

Good communication and presentation skills

4. 优秀的财务预测，财务分析能力。建立部门KPI指标

Good analytical skills in financial control, forecast, budget. Create and support department and company KPI’s.

5. 良好的英语口语和读写能力以及和海外同事电话或视频会议的经验。

Excellent command of English both in oral and written. Experience communicating with colleagues overseas by video conferencing and telephone.

6. 精通电脑应用，精通财务管理软件例如金蝶，SAGE.

Strong PC skills including MS Office and computer-based accounting systems such as Kingdee and Sage

7. 良好的职业操守，良好的财务保密意识

Good professional ethics, good sense of financial secrecy

8. 了解GAAP并在之前的工作中有过很好的应用。

Understands GAAP and has successfully applied the standard in previous companies.
